Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Hasik Labs about using Haseek. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Profile › Delete account.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
You may not post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading or fraudulent, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is spam. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts that posted it. You can report reels, shops, messages and people from the ••• menu, and block shops or people so you no longer see them.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the reels, photos and text you post. You give Hasik Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within Haseek, and to show it in our promotion of Haseek, for as long as it stays in the app. You confirm you have the right to post it, including the consent of people shown in it.
Shops and reservations
Shops are responsible for their products, prices, opening hours and how they handle reservations. A reservation is a request to set something aside; it is not a purchase, and payment happens between you and the shop. Hasik Labs is not a party to that sale.
The service
We work to keep Haseek available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend or end features. To the extent the law allows, Hasik Labs isn't liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of shops or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Apple
These terms are between you and Hasik Labs, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Haseek or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. Your use must also comply with the App Store terms.
