By accessing or using Rando, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rando. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• You must not impersonate others

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use fake or misleading information or photos
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial content
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages)
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to operate the service
• You are responsible for your content and must have rights to share it
• We may remove content that violates these terms

User Photos

• Must be of you (no group photos, pets, or objects)
• Must be appropriate and not sexually explicit
• Must not violate copyright or others' rights

6. Subscription and Payments

• Rando Premium is a weekly auto-renewable subscription ($1.99/week)
• Payment charged through Apple App Store
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices subject to change with notice

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harassment of other users
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RANDO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user profiles or information
• Compatibility or successful matches
• Safety of in-person meetings (meet at your own risk)

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASIK LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• User conduct or interactions
• Third-party content or services

10. Safety and Meetings

Important safety reminders:

• We do not conduct background checks on users
• Meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell someone where you're going
• Trust your instincts
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

11. Intellectual Property

Rando and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Hasik Labs. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction where Hasik Labs is located.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Rando after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
